Usacha Juice (sugarcane juice)

Sugarcane juice is the opaque and viscous liquid, brownish to deep-green in colour, obtained by pressing sugarcane stalks. Sugarcane juice is mainly processed into sugar, but part of the production goes to human consumption as fresh juice.
