Patwadi Rassa


Patwadi Rassa, is a traditional Maharashtrian dish made from gram flour (besan) fudge, known as Patwadi, cooked in a spicy and flavorful curry called Rassa. The Patwadi is essentially a gram flour batter that’s seasoned, steamed, and then cut into pieces. These pieces are then added to the Rassa, a rich gravy made with a blend of spices, onions, garlic, ginger, and sometimes coconut, creating a delightful mix of flavors.
